What Continuum Holds Before Execution
Continuum places the command in HOLD if sensor confidence is low, time drift is detected, operator presence is unverified, or the command exceeds safe operating limits.
Clearance / Routing Path
An on-site operator authenticates through the required local module. Continuum routes only the bounded command to the approved local device interface; receipts stay private, local, and airgap-ready.
Receipt + Buyer Proof
The receipt captures the local evidence required to prove the command was held, cleared, bounded, and routed correctly.
